Chairman declares the thirty eight Annual General Meeting open and moves the Standing Orders Committee recommendations.

Standing Orders Committee proposes that the following Agenda and procedure be adopted for the smooth running of the A.G.M.

1. Minutes of last  Annual General Meeting (2019)
2. Adoption of minutes and matters arising from last Annual General Meeting
3. Chairman’s Address
4. Audited Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2019 and 2020
5. Manager’s Report
6. Results of election to committee
7. Election of Trustee
8. Any other business

Procedure

Members who wish to speak must use the Rostrum
